Terms of sale
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms cover buying digital wallpapers from Oilframe. By paying for an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, contact us using the support details on your Stripe receipt.
What you are buying
Digital image files, delivered by download. A collection gives you every painting in it. A set of 3 collections is priced together. The Full Gallery gives you the 12 paintings you chose — not the rest of the collections they come from, and not collections released later. Each painting comes as the original file plus the phone, tablet and desktop files listed on its collection page; a size not listed there is not included.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds and include VAT. You can choose to pay the listed dollar price instead at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The price you pay is the one shown when you press the pay button.
Delivery
Your files are available in your library as soon as the payment clears, and you can download them again whenever you need them while your account is open.
Your right to cancel
Because the files are delivered straight away, we ask you before you pay to confirm that you want them immediately and that you understand you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. If a file is faulty, missing or not as described, you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — see refunds.
What you may do with the files
- Use them as wallpapers on devices you own or use personally.
- You may not resell, share, print for sale, use commercially, or redistribute them, including as part of another product or AI training set.
- The paintings and their copyright stay with Oilframe.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. We may close an account used to share files or to abuse the shop, and will tell you why.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for damage caused by devices or software outside our control.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
